Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking Patient Care Technicians to deliver high-quality care to ESRD patients. You will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, measure stats, assist with cannulation, and ensure safe hemodialysis machine setup.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, comfort around blood and needles, and current BLS/CPR certification, with preferred PCT certifications (BONENT/NNCC/NNCO) or state-approved equivalents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or if applicable other state approved certification.
• Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis including measuring and recording stats.
• Initiate cannulation and assist with hemodialysis machine setup.
• Provide patient observations and care during dialysis treatments.
