Innovative Renal Care in Irving, TX is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support ESRD patients before, during, and after dialysis. You will monitor patients, record stats, assist with cannulation, and help set up the hemodialysis machine.

The role requires a High School Diploma, comfort with blood and needles, and current BLS/CPR certification. Experienced PCTs must hold state-approved certification (BONENT/NNCC/NNCO) where applicable. IRC offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Initiate cannulation and assist with hemodialysis machine setup.
• Observe patient condition and respond to changes quickly.
