Atlantic Health in Morristown, NJ is seeking a Radiographer to perform X-ray imaging for diagnostic purposes under the direction of the Radiologist. The role focuses on producing high-quality images, preparing and maintaining records, and ensuring patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures.

Ideal candidates will be graduates of an accredited radiography program with 0–3 years of experience. Licensure in NJ, ARRT certification, and BLS certification are required to qualify for this

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited radiography program.
• 0–3 years of experience as a radiographer or in a related area.
• NJ State Radiologic Technologist (RT) license.
• ARRT certification.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging and treatment processes according to guidelines.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and sanitize radiography equipment.
• Obtain patient history, explain procedures, and address questions.
• Maintain equipment and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Coordinate daily imaging procedures and adapt as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
