Indiana University Health System is seeking a diagnostic radiology technologist to perform radiographic procedures and produce diagnostic-quality images for diverse patient populations, from pediatric to geriatric. The role emphasizes accurate positioning, adherence to physician instructions, and timely imaging.
The candidate should hold ARRT RT(R) certification, an active Indiana ISDH Radiologic Technologist license, and BLS certification, with 3–5 years of experience preferred.

Schedule is 3x12s (Mon, Tues, Wed) 7p - 7a. No Call, Holidays required. Able to rotate with Wed, Thurs, Sat nights if desired.

Performs diagnostic radiographic procedures for radiological diagnosis, in a timely fashion, while demonstrating the appropriate knowledge and skills necessary to work with patients from pediatric through geriatric. Follows physician's instructions, prepares and operates equipment and positions patients correctly in order to record the requested diagnostic images. Displays leadership characteristics by volunteering for improvement initiatives and intra/interdepartmental committees, seeking new ways to improve team collaboration and success, functioning as a subject matter expert, and acting as a mentor to assist in team development and coaching. Advanced responsibilities may include acting as an onboarding/orientation preceptor, serving as clinical instructor for students, providing and leading annual CE opportunities for team members, acting as the operations leader during the absence of a team lead/supervisor.
