This is an Outpatient position with IU Health Arnett. You will be working a rotational schedule to accommodate Ortho and Urgent Care patients, along with any walk in patients. Only 1 holiday every other year and every 6th weekend is required. No nights or call involved.

Job Description:
Operates imaging equipment such as x-ray, fluoro, portable x-ray, and fluoroscopy equipment used in surgery. Prepares patients by explaining exam and positioning them correctly. Collaborates with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure accurate imaging. Follows radiation safety protocols. Documents detailed patient history. Stays current with continuing education. Monitors patients during exam for safety. Documents necessary information in EMR. Assists with minimally invasive procedures as needed.
Requires current Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) license as Radiologic Technologist or a current ISDH Radiology Student Permit.
