Job summary

Grady Health System is seeking a Full‑Time Radiologic Technologist to join our diagnostic imaging team. You will perform radiographic imaging across neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients under the Radiologist, ensuring patient safety and image quality.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other staff to support timely, patient-centered care and maintain imaging protocols and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited Radiography Program.
• Registered or registry-eligible with ARRT; must obtain ARRT within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic imaging for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients per departmental protocols.
• Prepare examination rooms to meet safety, infection control, and hygiene standards.
• Use two identifiers and AIDET framework for patient interactions.
• Track patients from start to finish to ensure workflow and documentation.
• Process, transfer, and archive images using PACS; reconcile daily exceptions.
