Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited JRC program in Radiography.
• Associate’s Degree in Radiography preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience as a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT R.T.) and BLS required; Virginia driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations using established protocols.
• Prepare, position, and educate patients to support comfort and imaging outcomes.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment per safety guidelines.
• Apply clinical judgment to adjust positioning based on indications.
• Communicate with radiologists and care teams for timely interpretation.
• Contribute to a collaborative department culture focused on professionalism and continuous improvement.
