Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; completion of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite).

Responsibilities

Produce diagnostic radiographic examinations by positioning patients and selecting proper technical factors.
Follow ALARA principles to ensure patient safety during imaging.
Perform portable x-ray examinations in patient rooms, operating rooms, and emergency rooms.
Identify patient images correctly and document side and patient information in the system.
Process and reconstruct images using available methods.
Assist with clerical duties related to scheduling and records management.
