Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Radiology Technologist to independently perform radiographic examinations per department protocols and ARRT imaging standards. You will use PACS and imaging equipment, contributing to safety and patient experience.

The role requires completion of an accredited Radiology Technology Program, ARRT eligibility (within 12 months of hire), and preferably an Associate degree with at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited Radiology Technology Program and ARRT eligible; ARRT must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
• Associates Degree in Radiology Technology preferred.
• Experience of at least one year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic exams following ALARA principles.
• Adheres to exam protocols established by Radiologists.
• Enters examinations accurately and ensures proper charges.
• Sends and stores images and data in PACS.
• Maintains department records and logs to monitor quality and safety.
