• 5+ years of acute Imaging leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Visible hands-on leader with strong clinical operations support.
• Ability to improve imaging workflows and cross-department collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent managerial experience.
• Current ARRT or ARDMS certification; Texas license; BLS.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all departmental functions in Diagnostic Imaging.
• Identify cost-effective systems to support the department.
• Establish effective relationships with patients, physicians, employees and vendors.
• Lead 24-hour operation and ensure safe patient care.
• Recruit, supervise and evaluate staff; provide feedback and discipline as needed.
• Support accreditation and quality assurance guidelines.
• Collaborate with senior management to meet facility goals.
