Job summary

MiniMed is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to drive growth in the Rochester, MI area, including Flint, Saginaw, Pontiac, Waterford, Bay City and surrounding communities. This field-based role requires visiting customers and stakeholders five days a week to promote our diabetes products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three (3) years prior sales experience.
• Field sales experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong data analysis and problem solving skills beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Promote, sell, and service MiniMed products to physicians, patients, and referral sources through sales calls and educational activities.
• Implement quarterly sales and market development plans to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with Clinical Territory Managers and cross-functional teams to educate stakeholders on diabetes management and CGM.
• Provide product and therapy technical support to patients via in-services and seminars.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals to establish a strong business base.
• Manage territory expenses, inventory, and product returns; coordinate daily customer support activities.
• Capture engagements via Salesforce and keep records up to date.
• Complete administrative reporting and conduct market research on customers and competitors.
