Job summary

MiniMed is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to drive growth and support Diabetes products in the Miami North, FL territory, including Palm Springs North and Hollywood. This field-based role requires in‑the‑field presence five days a week.

You will promote, sell, and service MiniMed offerings to physicians, patients, and referral sources, coordinate with Clinical Territory Managers and Diabetes Clinical Educators, and educate stakeholders on intensive diabetes management and continuous

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of three (3) years of sales experience.
Experience with Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

Promote, sell, and service MiniMed products to physicians, patients, and referral sources.
Implement quarterly sales and market development plans to achieve targets.
Collaborate with Clinical Territory Managers and Diabetes Clinical Educators on diabetes management and glucose monitoring.
Provide product and therapy guidance to patients during staff in-services, physician seminars, and community events.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals.
Manage territory expenses, inventory, and returns; coordinate daily customer support activities.
Capture engagements via Salesforce and complete administrative reporting.
Relay customer feedback and product needs to internal teams (R&D, Operations, Marketing).
