Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth in the Rochester, MI area, promoting Diabetes products and supporting customers in the field. The role involves field-based activities, 5 days per week, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to educate stakeholders on intensive diabetes management and continuous glucose monitoring.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of sales experience, with Salesforce experience being a plus and a track record of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three (3) years prior sales experience.
• Field sales experience preferred.
• Experience using Salesforce preferred.
• Prior inside sales or field clinical experience with MiniMed preferred.
• Previous sales award recipient due to strong sales performance (e.g. President's Club).
• Strong data analysis, evaluation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote, sell, and service MiniMed products to physicians, patients, and referral sources.
• Implement quarterly sales and market development plans to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with Clinical Territory Managers, Diabetes Clinical Educators, and cross-functional teams to educate stakeholders on intensive diabetes management and CGM.
• Provide product and therapy technical support to patients and staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals.
• Manage territory expenses, inventory, and product returns; coordinate daily customer support activities.
