Job summary

MiniMed is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to drive business growth across the Birmingham East, AL region. This field-based role covers Gadsden, Anniston, Center Point, and Alabaster, with in-field activity five days per week.

You will promote, sell, and support diabetes products, engage with physicians, patients, and referral sources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate on intensive diabetes management and CGM solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of three (3) years prior sales experience.
• Field sales experience preferred.
• Experience using Salesforce preferred.
• Prior medical device, B2B or pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Prior inside sales or field clinical experience with MiniMed preferred.
• Sales awards or recognition (e.g., President’s Club) valued.
• Strong data analysis, evaluation and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote, sell, and service MiniMed products to physicians, patients, and referral sources through sales calls and educational activities.
• Implement quarterly sales and market development plans to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with Clinical Territory Managers and cross-functional teams to educate stakeholders on diabetes management and CGM.
• Provide product and therapy technical support to patients through in-services, physician seminars, and community groups.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals.
• Manage territory expenses, inventory, and product returns; coordinate daily customer support activities.
• Capture healthcare professional engagements via Salesforce.
• Complete administrative reporting and utilize sales collateral.
• Communicate customer feedback and product needs to internal stakeholders.
