Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Clinical Territory Manager to educate and train Health Care Professionals and patients on diabetes products in the Charleston & Columbia, SC area. The role requires field activities 3-5 days per week and traveling within the assigned territory.

The CTM will collaborate with sales and other departments, troubleshoot product issues, and participate in ongoing competency development through trainings and conventions.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license in one of the clinical fields: CDCES, RN, RD, PA, NP, or Pharmacist.
• Associate’s degree with 4 years of clinical experience or Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of clinical experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive within the territory and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients and healthcare professionals about intensive diabetes management with Medtronic Diabetes products.
• Serves as a technical resource for diabetes products and solutions; supports sales indirectly.
• Collaborates with sales and other departments to develop territory growth strategies.
• Troubleshoots clinical and technical issues and assists with patient therapy management.
• Plans and travels within the territory for seminars, events, and meetings; captures engagements in Salesforce.
