Job summary

Tandem Diabetes Care, Inc. is hiring a Territory Manager to expand our insulin pump therapy in South Alabama and the Florida Panhandle, including Mobile, Dothan, Montgomery, Pensacola, Destin and Panama City.

In this field-based role you’ll collaborate with a Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist, build relationships with healthcare professionals, develop smart territory plans, and drive revenue growth while delivering education and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) plus 3+ years of industry sales experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 80% within territory with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Grow the territory by creating and executing smart territory plans.
• Spot opportunities, open doors, and build lasting partnerships with healthcare professionals.
• Deliver product education and ongoing support to providers and patients.
