Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the Diabetes Prevention and Control Program activities.
• Develop, monitor, and report on program metrics and budgets.
• Manage contracts and mandated reporting for grants.
• Coordinate with internal/external partners to advance program goals.
• Represent the department in policy discussions at state and national levels.
