Job summary

Arizona Department of Health Services seeks an Oral Health Program Manager to oversee statewide oral health grants, contracts, and budgets, including Cavity Free AZ initiatives.

The role requires developing grant applications, reports, and ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements while coordinating with counties, health centers, and partners to strengthen oral health services for CYSHCN populations. statewide travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health or related field and four years of professional experience preferred.
• Experience with grant management, contracts, budgets, and HRSA/ADHS financial requirements.
• Strong communication and project management skills with ability to develop and deliver reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and administer statewide oral health programs and budgets; develop grants, reports, and budgets; review invoices and ensure contractual compliance.
• Manage subawards, contracts, budgets, and monitor expenditures to meet federal and state requirements.
• Establish partnerships with local/state organizations; create presentations aligned with ADHS branding for stakeholders.
• Monitor program performance against contracts; provide guidance on evaluation and outcomes.
• Attend meetings, conferences, and seminars to advance program goals and partnerships.
