Job summary

The Arizona Department of Health Services is seeking an Oral Health Program Manager to lead statewide initiatives, manage grants and budgets, and collaborate with counties and providers to strengthen access to dental care for CYSHCN populations.

Under the Chief of the Office of Oral Health, you will oversee contracts, ensure compliance with state and federal requirements, and guide program evaluation to improve outcomes across Arizona’s communities. This hybrid role requires statewide travel.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of oral health programs and public health practices.
• Experience with grant writing and contract management.
• Ability to develop and monitor program budgets and reports.
• Strong collaboration with counties, health centers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and administer statewide oral health programs and grants.
• Develop, negotiate, and monitor contracts with partners and subrecipients.
• Prepare budgets, reports, and compliance documentation for HRSA and ADHS.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and stakeholder communications.
