Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Diabetes Clinical Educator to deliver training and ongoing support for patients using MiniMed products in the Texas region. The role combines in-person and virtual education with a field-based schedule in Dallas, requiring travel 2–3 days per week and remote time for follow-up.

The ideal candidate will hold a clinical license (CDCES, RN, RD, PA, NP or Pharmacist) and possess an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Active clinical license in one of the required fields (CDCES, RN, RD, PA, NP, Pharmacist).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with related clinical experience/education.
• Experience in diabetes education and patient training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual and group education for MiniMed products, in-person or virtual sessions.
• Provide ongoing patient educational support via calls and training initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate group trainings and events with territory teams and district goals.
• Submit training documents within 48 hours of sessions.
• Collaborate with teams on therapy changes and patient follow-up with clinicians.
• Participate in district and territory planning sessions.
