Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Diabetes Clinical Educator (DCE) to deliver training, education, and ongoing support for patients using MiniMed products. The DCE ensures optimal patient outcomes through effective product training and works closely with the Clinical Territory Manager and Clinical District Manager, providing education across multiple territories.

Qualifications

• CDCES certification and RN/PA/NP/pharmacist credentials are required.
• Associate’s degree with 2 years of clinical experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 0 years.
• Experience delivering education to patients and coordinating trainings is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within territory and work evenings or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates individual and group education—in-person and virtual—on MiniMed products.
• Provides ongoing patient educational support through calls and trainings.
• Coordinates group trainings and events with logistics, invites, facilitation, and follow-up.
• Submits accurate training documents within 48 hours of sessions.
• Collaborates with territory teams on therapy changes and CareLink topics.
• Participates in district and territory planning sessions.
