Job summary

Insulet seeks a Clinical Services Manager to drive patient-centric diabetes care by partnering with healthcare providers and educating patients on insulin pump therapy. You will training clinicians and patients, oversee CPTs, and leverage clinical insights to improve outcomes across a national territory.

Travel is required; the role integrates clinical leadership with field sales, using data-driven strategies to expand adoption of Insulet solutions while ensuring compliant, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 2+ years clinical experience.
• Credentials such as CDCES, RD, RN, PharmD or other licensure as required by state.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Establish clinical partnerships with endocrinologists, primary care providers, and diabetes teams.
• Deliver personalized patient training on Insulet products and ensure confident usage.
• Oversee CPTs and provide updates as a clinical resource.
• Promote clinical selling to drive product adoption in alignment with guidelines.
• Maintain Salesforce and training metrics; manage program operations within budget.
