Job summary

Taylor Strategy Partners is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to drive patient-centric diabetes care by training healthcare providers and empowering patients in the use of Insulet products. You will train providers, manage CPTs, and collaborate with territory partners to meet clinical and patient outcomes.

The role involves field-based activities across HCP offices, clinics, and patient settings, with travel within a defined geographic region; base salary is competitive with incentive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a health-related field preferred.
• 2+ years of related clinical experience.
• Professional certifications (CDCES, RD, RN, PharmD, etc.) and licensure as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with endocrinologists, primary care providers, and diabetes teams in hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
• Schedule and deliver personalized training to patients on Insulet products and care routines.
• Oversee CPTs and provide timely product updates and clinical resources.
• Promote insulin pump therapy through clinical selling approaches while aligning with guidelines.
