Job summary

Insulet seeks a Clinical Services Manager to drive patient-centric diabetes care by partnering with healthcare providers and CPTs. You’ll train providers on insulin pump technology, tailor education to clinical goals, and support patients to improve daily management.

This field-based role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to translate evidence into practice across hospitals, clinics, and private practices. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 2+ years clinical experience.
• Professional credentials (CDCES, RD, RN, PharmD) or state licensure.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Establish Clinical Partnerships with endocrinologists, PCPs, and diabetes teams.
• Own patient training and tailor sessions to individual needs.
• Oversee CPTs and provide clinical updates and resources.
• Promote insulin pump therapy with clinicians and patients while aligning with guidelines.
