Job summary

Insulet is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to advance patient-centered diabetes care by partnering with healthcare providers and delivering expert clinical education. You’ll train providers on insulin pump therapy, tailor patient training, and oversee CPTs while maintaining program data and operations.

The role involves travel within the assigned territory, collaboration with clinicians, and driving outcomes through clinical selling and education strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related clinical experience.
• Current credentials/certifications (CDCES, RD, RN, PharmD, etc.) as required by state.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Establish clinical partnerships with endocrinologists and diabetes teams in hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
• Own patient training: schedule and deliver personalized training on Insulet products.
• Oversee CPTs and provide clinical updates; maintain training metrics in Salesforce.
