Job summary

Insulet Corporation seeks a Clinical Services Manager to drive our patient-centric diabetes care strategy. You will train healthcare providers and guide integration of Insulet products into patient care, working across HCP offices, clinics, and in-field settings.

In this role, you will establish partnerships, train patients, oversee CPTs, manage training data, and support field sales with clinical expertise to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; professional credentials preferred as listed.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; clinical credentials valued.
• Experience with diabetes care education and clinical training is essential.

Responsibilities

• Establish Clinical Partnerships with endocrinologists, PCPs, and diabetes teams.
• Own patient training; customize programs and provide ongoing support.
• Oversee CPTs and maintain training metrics in data systems (Salesforce).
• Sell through clinical expertise; promote Insulet solutions and drive product adoption.
