Job summary

Insulet seeks a Clinical Services Manager to drive patient-centric diabetes care, train providers, and integrate Insulet solutions into routine practice across clinics, hospitals, and patient homes.

You will build relationships with endocrinologists and care teams, oversee CPTs, manage Salesforce data, and advance training programs while meeting budget targets and travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s-level clinical background or higher required with active credentials.
• Experience educating providers and patients in clinical settings.
• Proven ability to train and influence diverse stakeholders across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Establish Clinical Partnerships with endocrinologists, primary care providers, and diabetes teams in hospitals and clinics.
• Own Patient Training by delivering personalized device use and care education to patients.
• Oversee Clinical Education by managing CPTs and updating staff with product knowledge in line with education strategy.
• Sell Through Clinical Expertise by promoting insulin pump therapy benefits to providers and patients.
