Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; healthcare experience required.
• Experience with medical billing and coding, collections, and medical records is preferred.
• Strong communication, written and verbal; detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and adhere to OSHA and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage all activities of the medical office and serve as a liaison between physicians, admin and staff.
• Develop programs, build positive relationships and ensure superior patient care.
• Perform hiring, training, supervision and evaluation of staff.
• Formulate policies and coordinate workflow to improve processes and services.
• Promote SGMC Health services and knowledgeable benefits delivery.
