Job summary

Tandem Diabetes Care is seeking a Territory Manager to grow our Western Iowa and surrounding regions by partnering with clinicians and providers to expand access to insulin pump therapy. You will travel extensively, develop strategic plans, and work with clinical teams to deliver education and drive adoption.

The role requires 3+ years of diabetes or related sales experience, strong communication, and a proven ability to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) plus 3+ years of industry sales experience.
• Ability to travel up to 80% within your territory; valid driver’s license, insurance, and good driving record required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by creating and executing smart territory plans.
• Spot opportunities, open doors, and build lasting partnerships with healthcare professionals to create value.
• Leverage the Challenger Selling Model and Strategic Account Management to demonstrate value and accelerate revenue growth.
• Deliver product education and ongoing support to providers, patients, and clinical educators.
• Represent Tandem at events, conventions, and community outreach.
• Keep your territory organized with accurate CRM tracking and timely reporting.
