Job summary

Tandem Diabetes Care is seeking a Territory Manager in the Denver area to drive growth for our insulin pump therapy in the community. You will partner with a Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist to meet or exceed sales targets through strategic planning and provider relationships.

The role requires travel up to 80% within the territory, excellent communication, a proven sales record, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of industry sales experience, preferably in diabetes/ endocrinology.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% within territory and maintain a valid license.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by creating and executing smart territory plans.
• Spot opportunities and build lasting partnerships with healthcare professionals.
• Deliver product education and ongoing support to providers and patients.
• Represent Tandem at events, conventions and community outreach.
• Maintain territory CRM with accurate tracking and timely reporting.
