Tandem Diabetes Care is seeking a Territory Manager to grow our Western Iowa and surrounding regions by partnering with clinicians and providers to expand access to insulin pump therapy. As a Territory Manager, you’ll team up with a Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist to bring our innovative insulin pump therapy to patients and providers in your community. You’ll leverage your industry sales experience to meet or exceed sales goals through strategic business planning and customer identification. Your mission: grow the territory, build strong relationships, and help people living with diabetes thrive.
This is a field‑based role covering Western Iowa, including Des Moines/Ames, Mankato, Sioux City, and Mason City, with territory responsibilities extending into Southern Minnesota. This position requires regular travel throughout the territory, including some overnight travel.
The base pay for this position is $91,890 to $112,310 annually, with a target earning potential of $166,890 to $187,310 annually. Base pay will vary based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience and may also fluctuate depending on candidate’s location and the overall job market. In addition to base pay, Tandem offers a competitive compensation package and a robust benefits package.
Tandem offers health care benefits such as medical, dental, vision, health savings accounts and flexible saving accounts. You’ll also receive 11 paid holidays per year, a minimum of 20 days of paid time off (starting in year 1) and have access to a 401(k) plan with company match.
