Job summary

Responsibilities

• Posts case data and maintains case log.
• Provides pre-certification and ABN’s as required.
• General clerical duties and scheduler support.
• Lead: assists with scheduler roles and covers in manager's absence.
• Transcribes referrals into EPIC and manages diabetes service work queue.
