goTenna is seeking a DHS Growth Lead to own the strategy and execution required to expand our presence within DHS components. You will drive funded programs by aligning customer priorities with company capabilities and leading capture efforts from initial engagement through enterprise programs.

The role demands strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and deep DHS knowledge to influence funding and procurement processes, build durable partnerships, and achieve sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of business development, partnerships, or growth strategy experience in homeland security or related markets.
• Proven ability to craft and execute multi-year growth plans and capture strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership with a consultative sales approach.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute growth strategies across DHS, identifying opportunities and market gaps.
• Lead capture strategies to generate, qualify, pursue, and win new opportunities.
• Manage DHS stakeholder relationships and align customer missions with company capabilities.
• Navigate budgeting, procurement, and acquisition processes to win opportunities.
• Drive partner collaboration and coordinate cross-functional resources for integrated solutions.
• Collaborate across the company to align customer needs with business priorities and deliver results.
