Qualifications

• Experience in budgeting, revenue growth, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across the venue to ensure consistent service.
• Develop and implement revenue growth strategies.
• Drive Puttery culture and guest-centric hospitality.
• Train managers and staff for peak performance and sales.
• Create and manage budgets; monitor costs and variances.
• Hires, trains, coaches staff; evaluates performance and productivity.
• Oversee marketing initiatives and events; coordinate with vendors.
