• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets while growing market share.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while growing existing accounts within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and industrial end users.
• Foster relationships with engineering, procurement, executive teams, and other key decision makers to drive sales.
• Provide technical consultation, application support, and product demonstrations to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide customer solutions and cross-selling opportunities.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage customer activity, track opportunities, and forecast sales performance.
