• Own the overall strategy, growth, profitability, and operational performance of the Dallas / Fort Worth market
• Develop and execute a regional growth strategy supporting a targeted $2B market reach in 2027
• Lead major commercial construction projects from pursuit through preconstruction, execution, and completion
• Build, strengthen, and maintain executive-level relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and strategic partners
• Identify, pursue, negotiate, and close major project opportunities throughout the DFW market
