• Build, strengthen, and maintain executive-level relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and strategic partners

William Myers Group is partnering with a nationally recognized commercial construction company to identify a Senior Vice President of Construction who will lead the company’s Dallas / Fort Worth market.

This is a high-impact executive leadership opportunity for a proven construction leader who will have ownership of the DFW market, major projects, client development, operational performance, and long-term growth strategy.

The organization is positioning the Dallas / Fort Worth region for significant expansion with a targeted market reach of approximately $2 billion in 2027. The successful candidate will combine deep operational construction expertise with an aggressive, relationship-driven growth mindset.

The Opportunity

The Senior Vice President will report directly to the President and serve as the executive leader responsible for building and expanding the company’s presence throughout Dallas / Fort Worth.

This executive will lead both operations and growth, overseeing major construction programs while developing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, expanding market share, and building a high-performing regional organization.
