Qualifications

• Experience with DFT design and test methods.

• Define and deploy advanced DFT methodologies including Scan, MBIST, JTAG and iJTAG.
• Verify test logic, generate test patterns and improve coverage.
• Collaborate with Design and Physical Design teams on DFT architectures.
