Job summary

Google Sunnyvale is seeking a DFT Engineer to advance design-for-test methodologies for next‑generation SoCs and AI/ML accelerator chips. You will define and implement Scan, MBIST, JTAG/iJTAG flows, verify test logic and coverage, and collaborate with Design and Physical Design teams to deliver robust DFT solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with DFT design and test methods.

You will define DFT architecture, and create DFT flows for complex next generation SoCs in partnership with the Design and Physical Design teams.
