Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in DFT flow, including architecture and IP integration.
• Experience with industry-leading EDA tools for DFT.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement advanced design-for-test methodologies.
• Complete all Test Design Rule Checks for high test quality.
• Design verification of test logic and pattern generation.
