Job summary

Kodeva LLC seeks an experienced DFT/ATPG engineer for SoC/ASIC programs. You will drive pattern generation, analysis, and debug across fast-paced semiconductor projects, collaborating with design and verification teams.

Responsibilities include MBIST memory test architectures, IO test validation, clock DFT, and using industry-standard DFT/ATPG tools to improve test coverage and yield. Excellent problem solving, communication, and teamwork are essential to succeed in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on DFT and ATPG for SoC/ASIC designs.
• Strong DFT fundamentals: controllability, observability, scan testing.
• Expertise in ATPG pattern generation, analysis, and debugging.
• MBIST experience, memory test architectures and diagnostics.
• IO test methodologies for interface and pin validation.
• Clock DFT and clock verification concepts knowledge.
• Solid RTL and digital design understanding.
• Experience with industry-standard DFT/ATPG tools.
• Able to work in fast-paced semiconductor programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DFT and ATPG for SoC or ASIC designs


• Strong understanding of DFT fundamentals including controllability, observability, and scan-based testing


• Proven expertise in ATPG pattern generation, analysis, and debug


• Experience with MBIST, including memory test architectures and diagnostics


• Knowledge of IO Test methodologies for interface and pin level validation


• Solid understanding of clock DFT and clock verification concepts


• Strong grasp of digital design and RTL fundamentals


• Experience with industry standard DFT/ATPG EDA tools


• Ability to work effectively in fast paced, high performance semiconductor programs


• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
