Job summary

Doncasters in Groton seeks a dedicated Dewax Operator to join our manufacturing team during an exciting period of investment in our materials. Shifts available: Monday through Friday, 1:30am to 10:30am and Weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) 6:00am to 6:30pm, onsite.

You will prepare and load molds, operate program equipment with precision, identify dry-line molds, and process dewax plugs while maintaining a safe, clean work area. We value attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, especially aerospace/automotive/energy, is advantageous.
• Ability to follow work instructions and process documents accurately.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Comfortable working with hot materials and industrial machinery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and load molds onto designated boiler clave trays.
• Operate program equipment with high precision.
• Identify dry-line molds using documented work instructions and technique cards.
• Process molds by removing, cutting, or grinding dewax plugs.
• Maintain work areas and equipment to ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization.
