Job summary

Doncasters is seeking a dedicated Dewax Operator to join our manufacturing team in Groton during an exciting period of investment in our materials.

Shifts available: Monday–Friday, 1:30am–10:30am and weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) 6:00am–6:30pm. We value attention to detail, safety, and the ability to follow work instructions while handling hot materials and industrial machinery.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing preferred, especially aerospace, automotive, or energy.
• Ability to follow work instructions and process documents.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Comfortable with hot materials and industrial machinery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and load molds onto designated boiler clave trays.
• Operate program equipment with high precision.
• Identify dry-line molds using documented work instructions and technique cards.
• Process molds by removing, cutting, or grinding dewax plugs.
• Maintain work areas and equipment to ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization.
