Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and CMM programming.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Melt and pour alloys into shell molds under instruction.
• Load and unload pre-fire ovens, molds and furnaces.
• Operate vacuum furnaces and air melt systems with accuracy.
• Mark up and weigh materials; enter data electronically or on paper.
• Uphold casting procedures to ensure quality, safety and efficiency.
