Job summary

Marathon Petroleum Company LP in Findlay, Ohio seeks a DevOps Platforms Leader to drive strategy, governance, modernization, and enterprise adoption of DevOps platforms across multiple teams. You will lead a team delivering secure, scalable software delivery, partnering with Engineering, Security, and Product groups to mature the enterprise DevOps operating model.

You will define roadmaps, promote fast, secure delivery, and oversee observability, compliance, and platform analytics while guiding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field required.
• 10+ years of diversified IT experience.
• 3+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and mentor the DevOps team to drive innovation.
• Plan and deliver IT projects on time and within budget with quality.
• Define and drive DevSecOps strategy and roadmaps.
• Design and manage enterprise-grade DevSecOps platforms and IaC practices.
• Embed security controls across the software delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Foster governance, access controls, and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
