• Identifies performance bottlenecks and proposes solutions to enhance platform performance.
• Establishes performance benchmarks and capacity planning with cross‑functional teams.
• Leads platform and system troubleshooting and escalation management.
• Develops and maintains IT service management procedures and runbooks.
• Designs disaster recovery plans and conducts testing.
• Develops automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines for Azure workloads.
