The role focuses on creating a reliable operating model, observability, and governance to reduce manual toil and strengthen resilience.

The ideal candidate will drive standardization of platform operations, own escalation paths, and support the modernization of data platform operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field with 5+ years of relevant platform engineering experience.
• Experience designing, operating, and improving cloud-based data and platform services.
• Strong background in automation, CI/CD pipelines, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, operation, and continuous improvement of data and platform services across cloud, analytics, and AI workloads.
• Establish reliable operating model including health, incident response, governance, and cost awareness.
• Develop automation scripts and tooling in .NET, Python, Bash, and PowerShell; build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Azure workloads.
