Qualifications

• Experience driving Agile development processes in complex programs.
• Proficiency implementing DevSecOps practices and secure CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to manage configuration across software, infra, and system baselines.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and related collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Agile software development teams using Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methods.
• Facilitate ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives.
• Plan, track, and deliver incremental capabilities via frequent releases.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for build, test, security, and deployment.
• Manage source code repositories and branching strategies (Git-based).
• Support configuration management across software, infrastructure, and baselines.
• Utilize Jira/Confluence to track requirements, tasks, defects, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with software, systems, test, and security teams to streamline delivery.
• Promote digital engineering best practices and Agile maturity.
• Assist with release planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure development processes align with program, customer, and cybersecurity requirements.
