Qualifications
- Experience driving Agile development processes and DevSecOps implementations.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with integrated security checks.
- Experience with configuration management and digital engineering initiatives.
- Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and related collaboration tools.
Responsibilities
- Support Agile software development teams using Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methods.
- Lead or facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Plan and deliver incremental capabilities through frequent releases.
- Implement and improve DevSecOps practices and workflows.
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for build, test, security, and deployment.
- Manage source code repositories and branching strategies.
