Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC, the agentic infrastructure company behind Next.js and AI SDK, is hiring a DevRel Engineer to work with product teams building the AI Gateway, Sandbox, and related primitives. You’ll sit with product and engineering, ship early demos, and help developers adopt our platform.

Location is flexible, with in-office anchor days in SF or NYC. You have 5+ years in engineering, DevRel, or DX and have shipped AI applications or agents, with knowledge of tool calling, model

Qualifications

5+ years in engineering, DevRel, or DX roles
Shipped AI applications or agents with tool calling and sandboxed execution
Strong TypeScript and familiarity with Next.js and AI SDK ecosystem

Responsibilities

Build agents and apps on AI Gateway and Sandbox before shipping, and create demos and open source projects
Teach developers how to build with agentic infrastructure via talks, writings, and videos
Join planning meetings with PMs and engineers to preempt rough edges and drive fixes before launch
Own launches: create example repos, launch demos, and contribute docs
Gather external feedback to understand real-world needs and gaps developers face
